Problem

The B2B SaaS startup nBold offers templates and policy tools for Microsoft Teams users to automate their operations and governance.

<aside> 👉 However, nBold requires a concrete feature to integrate its product with software outside the Microsoft Teams environment.

Solution

I collaborated with the founders of nBold and the product and engineering team to enhance the nBold app. We aimed to automate processes between CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce, and the nBold core product. To achieve this, we utilized a low-code IPaaS called Tray.io. The upgraded version of the app is currently in use by nBold clients.

<aside> ☝ As a result of my work, I created over 80 workflows and 12 solutions that can be installed using the nBold app.
